The Registered Nurse is responsible for the oversight of patients fertility cycles.

  • Works with Collab team overseeing the patient's cycle.
  • Workflow development ensuring a smooth functioning of patient treatment.
  • Maintains patient information in EMR, responding to messages as needed.
  • Gathers patient histories and schedules diagnostic testing.
  • Patient education and teaching.
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional support to infertility patients.
  • Performs Bloodwork as needed.
  • Assists with patient recovery after treatment.
  • Demonstrates and embodies Collab Fertility mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of clinical experience in Reproductive Medicine/IVF strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in women’s health care required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in nursing leadership role preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health science preferred.
  • Current state RN License without limitations required.
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from an electronic medical record.
  • Knowledge of office procedure and machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates.
