Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient communication and follow-up throughout treatment cycles
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation within EMR systems

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Fertility or women's health experience
• Experience with IVF coordination or reproductive medicine
• Familiarity with EMR systems and patient scheduling workflows
