Mimi provides personalized nutrition education and counseling to help individuals optimize their health and fertility outcomes as Collab Fertility’s Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She specializes in creating a strong nutritional foundation to support egg and sperm quality, improve conception rates, and promote lifelong health.

Passionate about the growing field of fertility nutrition, Mimi finds it deeply rewarding to offer evidence-based guidance that empowers patients both on their fertility journey and beyond. She is proud to be part of Collab’s multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals and couples in building their families through The Collab Way.

Mimi has been a Registered Dietitian since 2015, with previous roles at Kaiser Permanente, Morrison Healthcare, and in private practice.

A Bay Area native, Mimi grew up in Oakland and now lives in Concord with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys window shopping at outdoor malls, going for walks,  and watching anime.
