As the first face patients see when they arrive at Collab Fertility, Nicole sets the tone for a warm and welcoming experience. She manages check-ins and check-outs, assists with scheduling, handles payments and paperwork, and keeps the front desk running smoothly.

A Bay Area native, Nicole grew up in Concord and now lives in Walnut Creek. She has long been drawn to healthcare, but especially appreciates the personal connections that come with supporting patients on their fertility journeys.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys going to the movies, floating down the American River on summer days, exploring nature trails, and spending time with friends over dinner.
