Paulina Garcia is often one of the first friendly faces patients see when they arrive at Collab Fertility. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment, recognizing that fertility journeys can involve a wide range of emotions and challenges. She believes every patient deserves to feel supported and hopeful from the moment they walk through the door and takes pride in helping create a positive experience for patients and their families.

Paulina earned an Associate in Arts degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Arts and Humanities, as well as an Associate in Arts degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Berkeley City College. She later continued her education at California State University, East Bay.

Born and raised in Berkeley, California, and now residing in Richmond, Paulina is grateful to be part of the Collab Fertility team, where she values the warm, welcoming environment and the kindness and collaboration shared by her colleagues. She feels honored to support patients as they navigate one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives.

Outside of work, Paulina enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family.
