As we begin PCOS Awareness Month, we’re honored to share the story of this incredible couple. After more than three years of navigating the challenges of PCOS and fertility, they’re finally expecting their first baby girl. A reminder that hope, persistence, and the right support can make all the difference.

Theodoro (Theo) Juaquin, born 8/6/25 — just three hours after his mama’s birthday. 5.9 lbs, 18 inches of pure joy.

Some stories stay with us forever—and this is one of them. We first met this couple while filming a documentary with Dr. Shanna Swan about how everyday toxins can impact fertility. After learning from Dr. Segal and making intentional changes at home, they conceived naturally—after two miscarriages and three years of trying.
