Ariana is a Medical Assistant at Collab Fertility, where she supports patients and providers throughout the clinical experience. She greets and rooms clients, performs blood draws, and assists Dr. Thalia Segal with procedures, helping ensure each visit feels smooth, supportive, and well coordinated. Ariana’s goal is to help patients feel cared for and comforted as they move through an important, often emotional fertility journey.

She values being part of a compassionate, collaborative team and loves working in fertility care, where teamwork and empathy make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. A Bay Area native, Ariana now lives in Pittsburg, California, and is a proud mom to her two-year-old son. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
