Kelley brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to Collab Fertility, with a background in acute care and trauma surgery. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Arizona before beginning her career in the Air Force, where she served five years on active duty and later retired from the reserves after 25 years of service. She also holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration.

After decades in high-acuity care, Kelley was looking for a professional setting centered around hope and possibility. After meeting Dr. Segal and the Collab team, she knew she had found the right fit. At Collab, Kelley supports patients throughout the perioperative egg retrieval process, staying by their side before and after procedures with a focus on comfort, safety, and reassurance.

Outside of work, Kelley stays busy raising her two teenage daughters and two rescue dogs. She also enjoys playing water polo and swimming with her Masters team.
