Before joining Collab, Megan built a diverse career spanning corporate retail, entrepreneurship, event production, and operations and marketing for sustainable small businesses. She brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to personalized service to her role in fertility care.

A proud Bay Area native, Megan was born in Los Gatos and now lives in the East Bay with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys visiting local farmers' markets and hiking the many trails throughout the East Bay with family and friends.
