Mia brings a strong background in laboratory science and a passion for reproductive medicine to her role as a Lab Assistant at Collab Fertility. She supports the andrology and embryology teams with semen analysis, sperm preparation, sample processing, documentation, and the detailed work that helps keep daily lab procedures running smoothly.

A graduate of the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Animal Science, Mia previously worked in a neuroscience research laboratory at UC Davis, where she built a strong foundation in hands-on laboratory research.

Outside of work, Mia is an animal lover who enjoys exploring the Bay Area, trying new food, and watching baseball.
