Sandra brings more than a decade of clinical experience and a deep passion for patient care to her role as a Medical Assistant. Fluent in Spanish and known for her warm, calming presence, Sandra assists Dr. Segal with both in-clinic procedures and surgeries in the OR, while helping ensure patients feel supported every step of the way.

A San Francisco native and proud mom and grandma, Sandra now lives in Concord with one of her three children and four grandchildren. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, dancing salsa, and traveling. She has explored destinations across Australia, Asia, Central America, and the Caribbean, with Europe next on her list.
